Rudi Krausmann & Polar Bear Press

I, who rarely receive mail by other than digital means, have been blessed with baubles this week!
Rudi Krausmann 1
The colours of the earth (like The Wave I recently visited in WA) open to reveal a patch of Yves Klein sky,
and the words: a rare Walserian tour through a little know Sydney suburb.
I smile – so little has changed in the arts since 1974, the year Mr Krausmann’s story was originally published in Tabloid Story.
A superb chapbook (Not For Sale) from Polar Bear Press, in the manner of Frederic Prokosch – I had to look him up!
And found his “butterfly effect”, a wonderful story in itself,
and began to understand the form Mr Krausmann’s pamphlet takes.

I look forward to reading the scandal of the Polar Bear one day!
